House Calls

Your doctor comes to you when you need it. No urgent care waiting rooms, no ER copays for non-emergencies.

30–45 Minute Visits

Time to discuss your actual health concerns, not a rushed 10-minute assessment.

Unlimited Visits

See your doctor as many times as you need. No per-visit charges or deductibles.

Preventive Care

Annual physicals, health screenings, wellness planning. Staying healthy is the focus.

Medication Management

Prescriptions, refills, adjustments — all handled directly with your doctor.

Care Coordination

We talk to your specialists and other doctors to make sure everyone's on the same page.

What's NOT Included

(And why that's the same with every doctor)

Laboratory Tests

Basic bloodwork and lab tests are billed separately (usually covered by insurance).

Imaging (CT, MRI, etc.)

These are ordered by us but billed separately through radiology centers or hospitals.

Specialist Visits

We refer and coordinate with specialists, but they bill separately (usually insurance covers).

Emergency Room Care

True emergencies are handled in the ER and billed separately (insurance covers).

Surgical Procedures

If surgery is needed, that's handled by a surgeon and billed separately.

Bottom line: Your membership covers Dr. Soffer's expertise and availability. Labs, imaging, specialists, and emergencies are billed separately (just like with any other doctor) — usually covered by insurance.
